aficionados from across Vancouver Island and the city of Vancouver. Leveraging the transformative power of the arts, the event will celebrate the ways in which Cowichan Tribes youth have been developing an empowerment program that uses Hip Hop culture as a tool to tackle issues facing their community. The Michaëlle Jean Foundation is supporting the project through its bursary program.
